buongiorno italia! this amazing place is going to be my home for the next 3 months. what a dream. oh, i forgot to add one minor detail . . . i am going to be working in a kitchen cooking up some delicious entrees, so don't be suprised if i come back as Giada De Laurentiis. let's just hope that my boss isn't like Gordon Ramsey from "Hell's Kitchen."
